This website is operated by Squishy Dumpling Shop. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

By using this site, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you are the parent/guardian of a minor using this site with your permission. Purchases must be made by adults.

2. Our Products

We sell novelty squishy toys. Products are recommended for ages 3 and up. Products are not food and are not edible. Adult supervision is recommended for young children. Product colors shown in photos are examples of the collection; blind box contents are random.

3. Mystery Blind Box Terms

Blind box products contain one randomly selected item. The specific color, style, or design you receive is a surprise and cannot be chosen, guaranteed, or exchanged. Duplicates are possible when ordering multiple units. By purchasing a blind box product, you acknowledge and accept the random nature of its contents.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, and correct pricing errors at any time. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full payment details.

5. Shipping

We ship from the United States. Estimated processing and delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is correct — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because blind box contents are random and sealed, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges based on which item you received. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace the item or refund you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including our name, logo, images, and text — belongs to Squishy Dumpling Shop or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our products and site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squishy Dumpling Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
