🥟 How does the mystery blind box work?
Every order comes in a sealed mini steamer basket with ONE surprise squishy dumpling inside. You don't pick the color — that's the whole fun! There are 5 colors in the current drop. Which one will you pull?
🎲 Can I get duplicates?
Yes — colors are completely random, so duplicates are possible (trade with your friends, or squish twice as much). Ordering multi-packs gives you more chances to complete the collection.
📦 How fast do you ship?
We ship from the USA. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your dumplings are on the move.
↩️ What's your return policy?
Because these are mystery blind boxes, we can't accept returns or exchanges based on which color you pulled — the surprise is the product! If your dumpling arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
🧒 Is it safe for kids?
Squishy dumplings are recommended for ages 3 and up. They're for squishing, not snacking — please don't eat them, no matter how delicious they look.
🧼 How do I care for my dumpling?
Keep it away from direct sunlight and heat, wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth if needed, and store it somewhere cool and dry (or display it proudly — we don't judge).
